The document below outlines data on how school performs against National Data. The information is published at the end of October every year by the Department of Education (DfE) known as Analyse School Performance (ASP). The Governors Standards committee scrutinise the data to see how school has performed. 

In accordance with the Government’s requirement for all governing bodies, the 3 core strategic functions of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Governing Body are:
Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
Holding the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils;
Overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.

School Improvement Plan 2017 2018

Each year parents are invited to complete a Parental Questionnaire. Parent responses are analysed by Governors and further analysis is carried out by the Local Education Authority who report back to school. Please see below results from the analysis.

One of the main comments made by parents last year was to extend before and after school care. In response to this comment school has made an application to the Archdiocese to extend our Nursery accommodation to facilitate a before and after school club. In the interim school has set up Active Hearts After School Club.
